We are looking for an experienced Business Development Associate who retains the hunger to actively achieve targets and commission.


You must be fully conversant with using various sales techniques with empathy and excellent customer focus, candidate must be able to work as part of a team and approach the role with tenacity and dedication, be highly-motivated.


The successful candidate will benefit from working within a forward thinking, fast growing, organisation with a unique culture, daily, weekly individual and team incentives.


About the Role:


  • Generation of leads to the New Business Sales Team for the UK and Ireland Mid- Market,
  • Office based role (09:00-17:30, Monday- Friday)
  • Continuous maintenance of the company CRM system (Salesforce).
  • First point of contact for inbound sales enquiries.
  • Reaching and maintaining department KPIs

  • An understanding of HR, payroll and/or Software Solutions
  • Previous Sales experience
