A Business Development Manager - HR Services will achieve pre-determined sales revenue targets by effectively selling the company’s portfolio of HR products and services to new prospective clients in the Northern region.

 

Main responsibilities and opportunities:

You will be required to pro-actively drive new business through personal sales of Moorepay products and services and achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue and TCV targets.

 

Self-generate appointments and attend client meetings on a weekly basis. Meetings to be made up of self generated appointments, inbound leads, outbound leads from telemarketing in Bury and client visits.
Achieve revenue objectives through the generation of new clients.
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to new and existing customers.
Researches sources for developing new clients and for information to determine their potential.
Develops clear and effective written proposals for new revenue opportunities.
Expedites the resolution of problems and complaints to the appropriate area of the business.
Works closely with the implementations and operational teams to ensure effective and smooth on-boarding of new clients.
Supplies the management team with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keeps abreast of the Moorepay product portfolio, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with the respective business areas.
Participates in trade shows and conventions within the assigned territory.
Proposes solution development requirements that best address end-user needs and continual improvement of the Moorepay solutions.
