Job Description

Overview: Due to expansion of the team, we are looking for a new Customer Service Consultant to join our team based in Farnborough. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and learn Payroll. We are looking for strong communications skills and experience of working in a customer focused environment. The main duties of the role are to provide clients and colleagues with support on Payroll and Payroll system issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure operational efficiency at all times and to drive improvements identified.
  • To directly contribute towards the achievement of the divisional objectives.
  • To contribute towards the planned improvements for clients and company divisions
  • Answer all enquires, either via telephone or email in a timely manner
  • Deliver out-standing customer service to our clients




  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude and ability to take on new responsibilities and develop skills
  • Strong team player
  • Work well under pressure. Confidence to cope with a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of diligence and accuracy
  • Can work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
